By using Aleef Pal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Aleef Pal provides a digital platform connecting pet owners with veterinary clinics. Our services include pet profile management, appointment booking, digital QR ID cards, and membership plans with discounted pricing on pet services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Memberships & Discounts

Premium memberships unlock discounted pricing on veterinary services across our clinic network. Discounts vary depending on each clinic's offerings. Membership pricing is per pet per year (starting from 499 EGP). Exclusive discounts are available for families registering multiple pets. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Clinic Network

Clinics join the Aleef Pal network through contracts. We do not provide veterinary services directly. The quality of services is the responsibility of each individual clinic.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aleef Pal is a platform connecting pet owners and clinics. We are not liable for the quality of veterinary services provided by partner clinics. We are not responsible for any medical decisions made based on information in the app.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
